Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You may e-mail returns at returns@nationwidebusparts.com or fax (501) 335-8140 for a Return Authorization Number and instructions prior to return. Special order items, electrical items, or personalized products are not returnable, with the exception of manufacturers defect*. Shipping fees to return the item must be prepaid by customer. COD's are not acceptable. All returned products must be in original packaging, unopened, except in the case of defective merchandise. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped.

Return Policy:
14 days for even exchange. Must have receipt & tags on the item. NO CASH BACK. Clearance & colored tags are AS IS, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE OR CASH BACK. No returns on special orders & electrical items. Items ordered must be prepaid up front. All warranties are held directly through the manufacturer.
